Severe donor area damage by Dr. Madhu. Review on Dr Madhu's Advanced Hair Transplant Centre

This same review which I copied and pasted in Google review was simply blocked by Dr. Madhu and that's how I understood why there was no negative review. Google simply allowed Dr. Madhu to block it. They are surely manipulating their Google reviews, which is clearly evident from the fact there won't be a single negative review about any post surgery issue. Since they don't have the option to block my review here at Mouthshut, now I am seeing under this clinic that everyday there is one positive review written here, of course without proper surgery details. Now it's clearly evident that Dr. Madhu is living by manipulating online reviews in favour of his clinic.

If others had written a proper review my life wouldn't have been destroyed. Now I am living in hiding from the world. Writing this review with the intention of preventing others from becoming a victim just like me.

Tell me one HT clinic that doesn't say their HTs look natural. Every clinic says their hairline will look natural, but ask yourselves if that is the reality?

Simply put, Dr.Madhu's is also one such clinic, that's it.

Not a day goes by without regretting that I just gave my head to totally incompetent people. This is a huge learning for me that incompetent people will remain incompetent no matter how many procedures they have done before. Experience doesn't make incompetent people competent.

I had a hair transplant 6 months back in Hyderabad at Dr.Madu's, the worst ever mistake of my life. Suffering a severe donor area damage just for 2704 grafts FUE. From the day of my HT I haven't gone home because of the donor area damage, that's how much Dr.Madhu has ravaged my donor area. Since I left home for my HT I haven't gone back, as I am not sure how I am going to face the embarrassment of everyone in my town talking about my failed HT. Never have I seen this kind of damage to the donor area in reviews. When I asked the doctor, the response seemed to me like this is how they normally do it.

A damaged donor area will be the worst situation of your life because you cannot even shave your head after a hair transplant. Do you know that after fue you can't have short hairstyles in the donor area? When I sent my donor area pictures to the clinic, for 3 days they didn't even respond and then they replied to me saying to grow my hair to a minimum of 2cm and hide the damaged area. Otherwise, the donor area will look like a rectangular box — anyone will identify that I have done a hair transplant. Wherever I go people are staring at my head as if I am a freak, my life has turned upside down because of Dr.Madhu.

Till now they haven't given me an answer to my question: what exactly happened to my donor area?

How will they respond after having done this kind of work!

Whatever I ask, the Dr says to grow my hair long, that's it - an one liner response.

Also, the frontal hairline doesn't look anywhere near natural, as anyone looking at me is staring at my hairline because it looks pluggy and unnatural. Dr Madhu doesn't seem to even know the basics such as the angle in the temple for a male. In my temples he has made an obtuse angle i.e. the vertical line is inclining backwards, Oh God. And the side vertical line is interjecting my existing temple hairs. I don't know what kind of a fool I am going for a HT without doing proper research. Going to Dr.Madh's is the most unfortunate event of my life.

I do accept that there are not that many clinics out there doing better jobs, but there are a few. For the same 75 Rs per graft, there are really good clinics out there in India. At Least they won't damage your donor area. Do your own research and you will surely find it!

I cannot do corrective surgery as they have totally destroyed my donor area.

Now my situation is worse than before the HT. I am 33 and my parents were continuously calling me with new marriage proposals, and since my head is looking like this I have been rejecting them saying some other reasons. My parents have stopped talking to me altogether.

If you want HT do thorough research. You have to understand that most of the HT videos we watch are from various HT clinics which will of course show only the successful cases. Now my situation is worse than before the HT. And the main reason I found is that I let myself be deceived with these promotional videos and photos on their website. I have shared the pictures of my damaged donor area. Please make an informed decision, and if you are feeling to get a HT postpone it for some time. Don't do it hastily, as you have only one shot at it and so many things can go wrong.

Don't get deceived with the other positive reviews here like I got deceived, as the clinic always asks us to write the review during consultation after 2 or 3 days of surgery while we are inside the clinic.

Finally, remember that if you are careless in this matter it is only you who will suffer and nobody else. So when it comes to HT the first thing is to be extremely careful while choosing the clinic.
