I was a case of hair loss. Since Dr. Batra clinic promises that with their advanced, medical, laser and diet treatment the hair can grow back on the scalp, I decided to give the Borivali clinic a try. On the first day visit, they did marketing of the treatment and pictures of patients whose hairs have regrown. They gave me the lecture on why the hair falls and then like, how the DHT attacks the follicles with diagram and how the follicles shrink and disappear. Then comes the education of different types of treatments, cost and the promise that hair will come back with their treatment. Next thing they asked for was Rs 12500 full payment in advance for the treatment. After paying this money, I have to go to this clinic for last 10 months but no results. In fact, the result has made my hair loss worst. So now they are putting the fault back on me. They have gone back on the promise. They say we did not promise regrowth of hairs, we only said that hair will not fall further. Then they say the result of the treatment differs from person to person. When I was quite frustrated and asked for the refund of money, they are giving evasive replies. and are being rude on the phone. Friends I have lost money and mental peace. You dont lose yours.
