I have completed my B.Tech(Computer Science) from a private college R.G.E.C. Meerut that is affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University(Earlier it was U.P. Technical University)
I was the student of 2001 batch. It was the time when this university conducted an entrance exam UPSEAT for B.E., B.Tech admission. I was also a person who qualify UPSEAT and decided to take admission in a private college Meerut.
NO Placement for Private Colleges:
Every Year I faced many problems with this university. There was not a good placement services from the university. At that time only one company visited our college to campus placement and took only one person from whole college.
A Number of Private Colleges:
The University has given the permission for so many colleges in UP only. There are a number of private Engineering colleges in Uttar Pradesh which are affiliated to this university. You can have an idea for this like every year many seats were empty in these colleges. And anyone can take admission in these colleges by giving some donation.
Not an Education Center but a Business:
It is clearly seen by anyone, now a days most of the colleges are doing only business they don't care about the student's education and good future. They are just making money. And University is supporting these colleges.
There are many other things to explain but due to short of time I can't explain in details.
