Ease of Use:

I loved the Dove Shampoo so much that once I ran out of Fructis Conditioner, I bought the Dove Intense Moisture Conditioner. I am glad I made the switch! Much like the shampoo, you only need a small amount of the product to be effective. I used about half the amount that I normally use for conditioner.

My hair is VERY thick and long, so I always seem to use more of a product than most people. I needed only the size of a quarter into my palm. It has the consistency of a facial or body cream. I rub it in both my hands and then smooth it all over my hair starting on the ends and working my way up. Then, I use a wide toothed comb to make sure it penetrates all the layers of my hairs.

It says to leave on 1-3 minutes. The first week, I did leave it on 3 minutes. After that, my hair was so healthy I only needed to keep it on for 1 minute maximum. I love the results. My hair feels light, but not dry or frizzy. It is like my hair had a complete make over in less than a month.

I no longer need to use a leave in spray conditioner after toweling my hairs. I also need to use less hair gel to keep my hair under control. My curly hair lays nicely and I do not need to dump on all kinds of styling products. Give this a try. It is not expensive and a small amount goes a long way.
