I bought one product from groupon and they shipped my product through dotzot courier on 29th sept 2015 from delhi to bangalore but after passing more then 8 days still product is not delivered to me, they also never scan product for 5-6 days and always respond that we will get back to you within 3-4 days.
After passing more then 8 days still there are not able to deliver the product within metro city so you can think how much time they will take to deliver for small cities. Never use service of this courier or insist your shipper dont send any parcel with this courier.
I am attaching screen shot of my AWB so you can check they never update on every point, and they keep on hold until customer contact them.Also they dont have any contact number information on web so for contacting them you have to fill that form which is available on their website but after contacting many times I got their contact number which is 080-30719101.
So if you are facing same issue contact many times on this number if u want instant delivery otherwise they kept your parcel on hold.
I am very disappointed with their service and never gonna use after this.
