Placed an order for approx 800/- through Dominos website. The money went through but later was informed that the order never came through. When asked about the amount that was paid they say that I need to wait for 7-10 business days and what’s the guarantee that I would get the refund, none. They very carelessly and lethargically asked me to call back. When questioned why, I was informed that it’s their process. Now, why should I wait for my money to be paid back? Your system is broken and you seem to have a veryconvenient policy in place. This is nothin but scamming people. Let’s say in a day, pan India you have hundreds of such cases, the money lies with them for the next 10 days with no gurantee. I wonder how much money they would make as the money is in their accounts generating revenue through interest. Why do they have 10 days return policy? When the order was placed on their site and the amount went through to their account isn’t 10 days unacceptably long to address the issue? This makes it very evident that this could well be a part of their business model.
