The greatly advertised ''hungry Kya???'' Domino's Pizza used to be the best when it launched itself in Delhi, 6 years back. The quality of the pizza as well as the service was commendable. It was a weekly affair for my family to order domino's. Its name was synonym to pizza itself.
We like our pizzas with a lot of extra sauce and till recently we were such a frequent customer that our specifications were written against our phone number in this particular centre.
I regret to put it in my dislike list after patronising it for almost 6 years but looking at its services and the quality of the food delivered, I just have to.
Over the years it has slipped from its excellence and lacks at customer service thus giving way to new rivals in its once autonomous market of the delhi pizza eaters. Supporting my views, here goes an incident. Once we ordered pizza and even though the policy of 30 minutes delivery or half the price was totally lost as we received the pizzas, cold and tasteless, after 1 hour 20 minutes after ordering. More so the order was totally goofed up. The pepperoni became chicken and the original margarita into mushroom.
This is just once incident but I have written it off only after experiencing similar cases over a long period of time now.
So for me, I'd rather go hungry than eat Domino's!!
