So this is the experience I had with this Domino's .In Chandigarh this pizza is mainly popular, you go to their Chains the food is almost every time is consistent and good not excellent but yeah it is good. No major problem when it comes to that.

Eating and ordering pizza is not always possible because of all that VAT and service tax that alone are more than what I can eat more in same amount from a local shop in the market. But anyways lets just get to the point. Its gonna be long so bear with me.

I ordered Pizza from the Sector 35C Chandigarh chain of Domino's.My first order with them

INCIDENT NO. 1

Order no. 194

Invoice no. DPI66390/2016-2017/74572

Dated 11/19/2016

Ordering time 19: 25

I ordered from them Pizza mania, 1 Coke and Calzone Pockets.

The delivery boy arrived on time. My amount was 468 rupees and due to Demonatization we all are living on change so I asked him for the change. He was like sir I don't have a change.Usually in such cases I give the tip but I needed the change. He kept saying sir I don't have change and I said then go get change you'll get money I live here. Then finally he realised I won't let him go away without change and he took out 30 rupees. What a way of taking money that is not earned not even tipped. I mean I would have given him but guess what? then I realised there was something missing from my order.

My Calzone pockets of rupees 119 was missing I asked him where is it. He was taking the full amount with half order. He called somebody and said Sir it will here in 5 - 10 minutes and left. It took almost 25 minutes to get to me and after when I called to Dominos again and till then it reached it was cold and all the stuffing was out of the pockets. For all I care I shouldn't have paid for the pockets for late delivery 1 hour full for not delivering full items. But anyways I was hungry so I just let it go forgot about it.

INCIDENT NO. 2

Order no. 18

Invoice no. DPI66390/2016-2017/75955

Dated 11/25/2016

Ordering time 12: 35

Same order

The delivery boy arrived on time. But I had the change this time so I don't had to argue over order and simply just take and exchange. But this time also same issue. My coke was missing. He also called to Domino's and told them. But this delivery boy was good. He said Sir let me get the coke in 5 minutes and then you can give me the money I'll be back soon. This boy went and got the coke fast and and I also tipped him. That is how you earn a tip when you are polite and true to words. Not by saying SIR CHUTTA NHI HAI! and taking away the change. By that time the food was cold but delivery boy was good so I let it go this time also.

INCIDENT NO. 3

( Third time's the charm)

Order no. 40

Invoice no. DPI66390/2016-2017/76244

Dates 11/25/2016

Ordering time 13: 35

This time I was in a dilemma that I should order or not as I had those 2000 rupees notes. But I was tired and hungry when I got home from and couldn't really cook anything at that moment. So I called Dominos again. Before I placed my order I specifically said that if they have a change of 2000 rupees only then generate the order otherwise cancel it, because I didn't wanted to get stuck between the CHANGE WARS. The attendant said no problem sir and sent the order. I was waiting with my friends for their favorite orders finally the bell rang as we were talking.

I went to open the door and gave him 2000 rupee note and guess what he said CHUTTA NHI HAI SIR! I told him I specially mentioned before only to send someone with the order if they have change and right now he was saying no change and even they wrote it in the receipt but still he didn't brought any? That was all I had and no money. What was I supposed to do? send back the order? Give him the 2000 rupee note and believe him that he would be back? Take all that headache? The surprising part was that the delivery boy was just not ready to do anything and I was doing all the thinking. He was like I don't care how you pay, just pay me. He didn't even said sir I'll come back with change soon or any Idea from his part. I know he was one of those who was not in mood of doing anything.

So as much as to my dignity so that my friends can eat and can send the boy. I had to ask for money from my neighbors with whome I don't have much interaction. I asked them for lending me some money. They also didn't had change but listening to my situation they were kind enough to give me whatever they could find.

You can think of to what extent I felt shame taking their money. I took the money and gave it to delivery boy and he was gone finally.

I had to go to the market then for change and didn't enjoyed the pizza with friends. Had to spend money actually because no one would give a change for 2000 obviously. 500 spent again for change and I gave the change to neighbors that moment. When I got back my one of my friend said the taco was hard and not easy to bite. At this moment I could tell how much furious I was. You must have understood what mistake I made ordering from them. Even after clearly mentioning I won't be having change they send a guy without it. I wanted to complaint and call them but I had an urgent call and had to go somewhere.

Now that I had the chance after coming back I called them where call attendant connected me to manager and I explaint the whole thing and She apologized to which I can say I didn't wanted to say much more as she admitted the mistake and being a manager she listened and understood the issue.

The question here is that I can accept the Apology But does it mean anything at all if a mistake is done 3 times in a row in consistent basis? What is the point of it after that? Anyways, As a customer to them It wasn't very pleasing and Me personally won't be ordering anytime soon .What an experience! Seriously!
