I fully agree with all the other members. I wonder how ICICI bank has chosen these guys. As per the bank, they have sent courier on 28th Jan and given me the AWB no. These guys (Express It) even on 2nd Feb don't have any information related to the package and I have sent a mail to their customer service but did not receive any reply.
Finally, I could see the package data on their website on 4th Feb and the status is in Transit (From Bombay To Bangalore). When I called up their customer service (In Bangalore) the lady is so rude in gicing reply and said it takes 48hrs to get the package from Bombay to Bangalore and then the next day they will deliver the package. I wonder what type of transport they are using, which takes 48 hours to get the package from Bombay to Bangalore. Its worse than any courier service (Including public). They are so arrogant and I think don't want to do any business. I strongly recommend to avoid their service. We as a user don't have any option to provide the feedback about their service using their website. Very pathetic.
Never ever use their service. They should be taugh a lesson.
