The best in Mumbai. Review on Dolphin Mobile Operator

I was impressed by Dolphin right from the beginning. It was a boon for all cell-phone holders in Mumbai. As soon as Dolphin was launched, BPL & Maxtouch slashed their rates. So, everyone benefitted from Dolphin. So, people who, for reasons known to them, hate Dolphin services should atleast thank it for its launch.

As far as services are concerned, I am sure its better than the other providers. The problem is that we always tend to criticise govt companies and services.

I would like to compare Dolphin with BPL. I have a BPL and continue it as I do not want to do the task of informing my contacts of my new mobile number.

Billing:- I have always failed to understand my BPL bill. They debit some charges, then credit something and its all a mess. Ultimately, the bill is quite hefty and unexpected.

I have seen my colleagues Dolphin bill. It is a simple straightforward bill. Number of calls made multipied by unit rate and total.

Good coverage:- By no way the coverage is inferior than other competitors.

Best Roaming service:- I am not sure if all are aware of this but Dolphin covers almost all of India and the connectivity is excellent. I just now called up my colleague who is visiting a remote town in Chattisgarh state. The call got connected as fast as a local call could.
