Delivery is pathetic if your order contains glass. Review on Dmart

1.I have been ordering from Dmart for last 3 years and things were fair and sometimes there were some minor hiccups but that's manageable.

2.After lockdown, it appears like Dmart support team brain got moved from their head to their butt. If you are bored and you want to listen to stupid, go ahead give them a call. Especially for their DM.

3.Here is a little story and hats off to the entire team and especially the dumb Manager.

4.So I ordered a regular grocery including the 2 bottles of hot and Sweet ketchup and they are made of glass.

5.While bringing the delivery to my home they broke those bottles and the entire package was a trash and delivery boy was gone.

6.I arrived home after some time I saw this mess and I got pissed at a delivery person and I called him and explained the situation. Sob admitted the bottles were broken during the shipping process. He told me to call up the support.

7.When I call the support they told me to send the screenshot of the broken bottles. I did send them those pictures and threw broken glasses to trash. I was hoping they will reply soon or do the necessary refund.

But here is the fun part.

8.After 3 days Dmart calls up and tells me " sir, you need to give those broken bottles to near pickup store " and I was like, Hey bro, are you high on the job or your team has started thinking from your butt. You understand right, its broken glasses, it can hurt people. In India, once the bottle is broken it goes to trash and you expect me to keep that garbage as evidence for you till 3/4/5 days. God knows after how many days you idiots will reply.

Can you see the brainless reply?

Later on, dufus lady name Malika calls up and tell me " sir, if you want the refund, you have to find that thing from the garbage which you threw away 3 days ago and as soon as you find them. You must submit to our nearest Dmart pick store "

At last, I wanted to scribble some bad words like BC, MC but I closed the call by saying " you guys are the best ".

I wish I was MODI for a day. I would have jammed that broken bottle up there. .you know where I meant. : -) for giving me the broken bottles and pathetic service.

I would say Dmart is ok but when it comes to glass, biscuits, oil, milk or any fragile thing you can think of. please don't order from Dmart because they not only sXXk at delivery but they also sXXk at support.
