Dish TV is the most worst and the poorest service provider which gives no value for their customer complaints. They make some changes to their system every now and then and you get an error message in your TV asking to send an SMS to reinstate the channels(like SMS 303 to Dish TV # 57575, SMS 101 to Dish TV # 57575etc.
Each time you send SMS you will be charged 3 rupees out of which 2 rupee goes to Dish TV. It is a tie up between Dish and mobile service providers.
The most disgusting thing is their customer service. They don't have a toll free. If you call their customer care you will end up spending minimum Rs. 50.00 and at last they will run away asking you to hold the line.
I installed Dish TV 6 months back and with in this time I faced 13 issues. I am really bugged up with their services.
