Digha is located at East Midnapore West Bengal. It is a good place for weekends relaxation.
yah, the beach is not that good or clean as compare to the other beach's in India but isn't that bad either.
In my opinion There is no place in this world is bad or good, it is your mind which makes it bad or good. you just need to open your eyes take every bit of it which nature offers to you.
The special things about digha is its simplicity and it is a cheap place to visit there. there is no need for a fat wallet to visit here.
I would suggest you whenever you go there.Try to wake up in early morning, just locked your room and go to the beach and sit down there, I am guaranteed you.The cool breeze, the view of sun rises, The glittering water of the sea just make you feel special.
There have a fish market which is generally quite noisy but I would suggest you, go there explore the market. I am sure will get the real essence of the locals out there. Travelling means not only the natures beauty out there. It is also about exploring the locals I mean how they live there, what are the expectation they have from their life's . To know about their culture and to know about their cuisines.
Another beauty about digha is, the night out there in the beach . It so silent out there that you can actually listen the sound of the wave. which feels you that how diverse the nature is.
I would suggest you go there and have a fun.
