I dont normally see these so called today's movies , I feel out of my depths.
My kids forced me to see this movie and I was glad to see the Technical progress that Indian film making has made. The Cinematography, composition of shots, the stunts, the picturisation of songs & dances was excellent. I think if any movie has come anywhere near to the MI series, this is the one.
There is hardly any story, it is an extension of Dhoom-I , a loveable, dare devil jewel thief who wins your hearts as well as that of the investigating Cop who is no less dare devil.Abhishek who shot to fame with Dhoom-I , hardly makes any impression. He is there, just about.
Hritik is superb, his dances are fantastic. Aishwarya looks thin and hot, she has shed that all extra flab and looks more youthful and agile. She hardly has any role except for a glamdoll deco piece which she is. Bipasha is wasted. This movie is totally dominated by Hritik and he deserves full praise. Just a day earlier I had seen the new Bond movie, and compared to that , in terms iof technology, our Industry is still archaic and 50 years behind! Anyway, we have reached somewhere at least!
