My personal parcel arrived in Bangalore since 26/04/2021 and was held under custom service until 13/05/2021. Their team did a terrible job in managing the custom documentation as they requested many documents from me, like invoice (despite the sender already gave them) and the most ridiculous is an appeal letter to the custom. Today the parcel arrived at my doorstep but still I still cannot get the parcel. The reason being that the tax, which I had paid at noon yesterday, have not been recorded as paid by in their record. Note that the transaction was successful and I had already informed the DHL team yesterday abkut the payment.
