My name is ABHISHEK SINGH . I used DHL service to delever a packet from Turkey to mumbai . after giving all KYC documents .
and endless emails to DHL . there customer service is good for nothing . anyways my packet was never delivered they offer me claim . I have decided not to use DHL ever again personallly or even for my import company . so friendly advice to anyone reading this if you hire a pigeon to deliver goods it is very good change that the pigeon will beat DHL anytime .
