I have sent an international parcel to London UK, valued around 7k. I received a message from DHL stating my parcel will be delivered only after payment of 25 uk Pound, which they have charged as 10 pound import duty and 15 pound service charge. I went to UK government website where it is clearly mentioned that any product valued less than 13000(135pound)do not attract import duty.
This clearly shows the fraud of DHL and when I contacted the DHL customer care they informed me to contact DHL UK office. I would request friends not to use DHL courier whether in India or abroad.
