First, Dhl Executive give false commitment that they will deliver my courier with 3 days to Canada. but after 5-7 days, my courier stuck at Ontario service area. and after confirming from Dhl executive, it will be delivered after 10 days. and the guys making excuses that due to one day holiday in canada, the courier is delay by 5 days.what the inappropriate response.I never recommend to go by DHL .find a better option .
