Not a great experience. Below were some of the experiences during my visit on Feb 29th, 2016.
1) Smile is a winning factor in any business. Alas, that was missing on the face of the guy who took our order.
2) We had arrived as a family of 2 adults and one 3 year old kid. There was another kid(guess of the same age group) in a near by table. A "Dhe Puttu" balloon was given to the other kid but not to my kid. Why this unfair bias in favour of one kid. As a parent I try to do what is best for my kid and what my kid likes the most. Sure enough she and neither did I as a parent like this bias. It took over an hour for me to convince my kid that it was not her fault that she was not given a balloon. Such biased approach "TOWARDS KIDS" is not good for any business.
3) Food was pricey for the place and ambience.
4) Mixed veg gravy was very good.
5) Puttu was not very great. Punjabi House Puttu was like "Diet Punjabi House Puttu".
Over all, though the food was decently good, our hearts were broken seeing the biased behaviour towards kids.
