Quality of construction is really up to the mark. I am not writing this because I have purchased a flat at Royal Enclave Being a civil Engineer, I have a knowledge for construction materials and the materials are being used all are branded. At the time of my investment for the property my first criteria was the construction quality. This criteria has been fulfilled I guess.
