I had approached Indiabulls Dhani in the month of April 1st week. I initially applied through the application they had. Application number - PL05235559. I was eligible for an amount of 2, 30, 000, but I had applied for 1, 50, 000. The process took place and said the amount would be Cred824ited to the bank account in 48hours time. I waited for 3days and still did not get the amount, I called them and checked the status. The advisor of Indiabulls said it is a technical error with the application and advised to proceed 'OFFLINE'. I agreed as I was in a hurry.


Now, the process took place offline and I got a call from a person named'SHUBHAM'(mail ID - ss@indiabulls.com). He had called from the head office, he asked for all the details, including my family phone numbers. I passed them all and I had mailed the copies of my Aadhar card, salary invoice, etc, . He said the loan will be processed soon. After 2 days, I got a message from Indiabulls stating that the loan of 50, 000 is approved. I immediately called them up to inform that I had applied for 1, 50, 000 and not 50, 000. The advisor said they will not be able to change the loan amount now, and HE SUGGESTED me to close the account and reopen again.


I did as the advisor had advised and closed it and reopened loan again for 1, 50, 000. One day later, I got another text stating the loan is approved for 75, 000/-. I knew what the advisor is going to advise this time and said I will proceed with the amount that is processed. They said me there will be an official from their end coming to my residence to collect the documents on 5th May.


[PLEASE NOTE - I APPROACHED INDIABULLS IN THE MONTH OF APRIL AND NOW ITS THE SECOND WEEK OF MAY(ONE MONTH & STILL GOING ON) - THEY PROMISE THAT YOU GET LOAN INSTANTLY IN 10 MINUTES, which is utter bullshit]


So, the official came; collected the documents. Aadhar card, PAN card, 2 months salary slip, Bank statement, a cheque for the complete amount of 75, 000/-, thumb impressions and photographs. Before leaving the person promised that the amount should be Cred824ited to the bank account in 48 working hours. I waited again for 3 days, as usual, no response from Indiabulls. I called them again(maybe the 50th call), The advisors kept on saying the same that 48 hours and the money comes in. I waited for a week now and made my mind not to waste my time anymore.


I called Indiabulls and asked to close the loan and put a full stop to my beautiful bondage of 1 month and 2 weeks of wastage with Indiabulls. They tried to retain the relationship, but as I was completely frustrated they helped me with this ONE THING(closing loan).


Things I needed to question or suggest Indiabulls Dhani -


1.Why do you come up with promises that you can never keep up with, LOAN IN 10MINUTES


2.You should probably close your customer support and place the computerized IVRs, because all the advisors read the same script.'SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE'. I am sure this could be done computerized, saving money for the company.


3.Do not disclose the amount the customer is eligible for, because anyhow you are sure you won't give out the same figure.(I was eligible for 2, 30, 000 but finally processed 50, 000/-, WOW)


4.Be direct - If you feel too much of pain to give the money to the customer, tell him you can't on the face. At least, the customer will have time to check the alternative methods to raise the amount.


5.Respect - Customers never take personal loans to a party or to taste the pressure of debts(That too with 24% interest, we aren't fools) They approach for personal loans as they have a tough time or some emergency situations.


6.Teach your company the meaning of "PROMISE", I know it should be hard; but trust me you can actually do it.
