Hi All,
I would like to write a few words regarding my experience with Dezire clinic.
I have been into tremendous dilemma where to get HT from as there are numerous clinics in multiple location using world's best technique and breakthrough in FUE/FUT technology. They have multiple branding with huge market capture in terms of marketing, media and proven track record.
Out of all those, I chose Dezire. This has not been a random decision but a calculated one reasons being summarized below:
Effective communication- no blabber, straightforward consultations(no provocation to enroll) .
Technical expertise- humble and patient guides/doctors to resolve your endless queries with precise knowledge.
Cost effective- competitive rate card for various procedures(even negotiable).
Supporting Staff- team with polite and humble attitude trying to ease patients at each crossover.
Hygienic environment
Solution oriented- team ensures to meet customer expectations and provide alternative solutions in case patient is not satisfied.
Significant reviews- Dezire assists patients all over the globe and shown consistency in their endeavors.
No diplomacy and false hopes
Few words especially for 3 doctors:
Dr. Prashant- Though we didn't spoke much but he is very precise. It seems you are playing MCQs or Rapid fires with him with one liners or yes/no. Bottom line is, you are satisfied even with that, after discussion(positive trait).
Dr. Hema- Very polite and humble. Explains in simple terms and maintain a friendly environment. Very good listener and provide effective solutions to each query. Understands patient's dilemma and provide optimum support through knowledge and experience.
Kind and grounded personality who tries to manage everything even going out of her way if required.
- Dr. Kawal- A Gen-Y enthusiastic person friendly yet professional. Tries to ease before/during/after ops. Maintains a friendly atmosphere while in OT but with full control over team seeking a balance.
UNIQUENESS:
OT is turned into live Disc with your fav playlist on. Staff helps to maintain super cool environment trying to entertain and relax patients with their very own karaoke voice and chirping. Patient moves with the flow and forgets his pain. I am not sure this was a special treatment but it is a good and unique way to keep patient engaged.
Lastly, I appreciate all the efforts Dezire team has made in order to keep up their good work and enlightening the DEZIRE of their clients.
SUGGESTION: There is always a scope of improvement.
