I recently was offered a DB Platinum credit card . Since the offers at that time seemed very lucarative I thought I would not hurt if I go for it.
The executive who came to sign me up was very polite and the sweet toothed words and mouth watering offers really made me feel that I was going into a very good bargain. I was told that I would be given 4 Jet Airtickets upon signup and a payment of 7500 would be charged for the same as card fee. But what came out of it was that The tickets would only be base tickets and Taxes(Which usually are a hefty amount) were not included in the offer. More over the codes to the ticket would be provided to me only when I have paid the 7500 fully.
The recently sent me a offer that mentioned about leather articles I can order from Royal images and the price seemed very attractive. The offer also mentioned about two free offers for which I would be only charged 475 as handling charges. There were two bags a ladies hand bag and Gents Executive bag each would cost only the handling charge. I ordered for the same and When I recieved it today I was really shocked to find two cheap rexin bags in the name of Ladies handbag and executive bag which would cost no more than 50 bucks each.
I wont say DB as cheats but their actions are really cheap
I would really like to take this opportunity to warn MSians not to fall for any offer by Deutche Bank /Credit cards. You wont be surprised to what level of cheapness they can go to.
