I purchased Dell laptop 8 months ago fron flipkart pricing at Rs.59k . Actually I have 3 laptops but but colleagues insisted me to buy Dell laptop so I gone fkr Dell.!
Dell is the most popular brand in Desktops and laptop but I am a rough user and I need laptop for atleat 10 hrs continous working!
And what is the problem in dell, the heat outlet from Cpu is given downwards so when we keep our laptop on the surface the heat is reflected back to Cpu and Cpu gets overheated .! You will not notice any problem if you use laptop for less time!
The case happend with me CPU got heated and everything just turned black while I was working! So I sent the laptop in warranty conditions and they accepted but they didnt gave me the laptop for 28 days and then I called and contacted them they said we dont have the same laptop for replacement and we are looking for it!
After few days, It crossed my patience level and I said them that if I didnt recieve my laptop in 3 days I will take the case to consumer court since then the 2nd day morning they provided me with the new laptop which was priced at Rs.71 k! I ordered the cooling pad for rs.3k before using that new one! And now every thing is working fine!
But the process took about 2 months and the service is useless they dont give the status of complaint just say we are working on it!
