I am in love with this laptop and its running hassle free and even heavy games are running without lags.i have received a gurantee of 2 years and additional insurance in case my product gets lost or damaged.i am also very happy with the customer service support of dell.my laptop consists of bluetooth,wifi,and also a multipurpose card reader.and is running on windows 10.1 which is the latest version of windows availaible in market
