There are very few compromises here. It features one of the most powerful Core Intel i7 processor, running alongside 8GB of RAM. What’s surprising is Dell also managed to fit in an NVIDIA GeForce 940MX graphics card, for a better gaming performance. You also get dual storage options, including a 1TB hard drive and 128GB SSD. The screen features a full HD resolution and looks sharp but falls short in the color reproduction department, which was a big negative point.
Windows 10 comes filled with unwanted software, but it’s easy to remove. Things are snappy otherwise. Connectivity options would have been perfect, if not for the missing Type C port. However, on the wireless side of things, it’s good to enjoy the perks of Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.1.
Nice laptop.
