I bought and opened and use this LED Monitor and found that the Box of Dell Packaging is of third class quality used for packaging. The Second the DVI Cable which comes with it is very very cheap and poor quality cable dell giving.
The third is only 19.5 in inches rather than full 20 inch visible screen. The fourth is the Base is very short base which gives less stability than may have wide base. The fifth is No iPS Display it has. The Sixth the power chord which comes with DELL is of third class quality and only 1.0 meter in length is very short to get thru take to power providing socket of electricity.
Rest is OK from Dell side.
