I am fine with it. Review on Delhivery

I purchased an item on PayTm website last week. It was shipped from Gujarat on 30th January, Saturday, using the services of Delhivery couriers.

I was provided a tracking id and thus I tracked it online all through.

It started off well, showing updates on 30th and 31st January. Then on 1st February, there was absolutely no update, even though it was a Monday, a fully working day.

Then on 2nd February, as per tracking status, there was some sort of custody scan and the whole day passed away just like that.

Today, on Wednesday, same status continued. I was still wondering what it meant and thought that even today the packet would not be delivered, as it had not even reached Delhi. So, I was free to go out.

After the noon, I was ready to go out when I found the Delhivery courier chap standing at my doorstep, with the packet. How come? Tracking status still mentioned that the packet had not reached Delhi yet.

Anyway, I was happy to have my packet, without a delay and any problem. But I wish that they would update the tracking information properly. I depend heavily on Tracking Status.

What if I was away and the courier was returned undelivered? I do not have a pleasant experience with packets returned undelivered. It takes me days to reorganize everything.

And I should not forget to mention the courteous behaviour of the courier boy.

In the evening, the website straight away shows my packet delivered, that never went out for delivery, according to them.:)
