Oh well well, looks like everyone has had their share of Delhivery horror stories in here, so no point in chiming in to another nightmare.
This courier is not just rude and arrogant, they're just plain gutter cheap, yes literally. A bed I bought from Amazon was never home delivered. I had to go pick it up fearing that it might arrive after Saint Nick is dead. Then I returned it as it was damaged in transit and guess what.yes I had to return the bed by myself to the Delhivery outlet and thanked the Delhivery manager there for allowing me to return it at the outlet and guess wwhat again? He had the nerve to even say thankyou for allowing me to do his job. Delays, bogus status updates and cancellations are Delhivery's mantra for a successful business model.
Oops, did I just see another disgruntled customer raise a middle finger?
