Never order from this florist. Review on Delhionlineflorists

I ordered flowers for a friends birthday. I never received a confirmation mail on my order.

I called customer care to check on this. No on picked the call. I made an online complaint. It never registered my login in their list when I logged in and checked their website. When I made the complaint online again and checked, the complaint showed. Then a customer care person calls. She is barely speaks English and says there was technical glitch, my chocolate order got processed only the next day.

Then she says the chocolates will couriered from Calcutta ! Why do they call themselves Delhi florist? Then I ask her I cant reach the number on the website. She does nt understand what I say, finally after I said two times. She gave me a number to call on! The chocolates reached march 23 and I had ordered to be delivered on 19th.

Overall - lousy service
