Delhi traffic cops are criminals : -heres why...
a) they send you notices / challans even though they
are not autorised to do so. Under sections 123 of the
Delhi Motor Vehicle rules 1993 only the State Transport
Commisioner (Under Hill road) is allowed to regulate and
prosecute for traffic violations in Delhi... NOT the COPS.
b) The notices they send you by the ordinary post are not
worth the paper they are printed on. THESE NOTICES MUST BE SENT BY REGISTERED POST ONLY..
PLEASE IGNORE ALL NOTICES / CHALLANS SERVED by DELHI TRAFFIC POLICE AT WILLINGDON CRESCENT.
