I am from Chennai and I ordered one Deconstruct(Bangalore) make “Evens Skin Tone 10% Niacinamide Serum 30 ml on 07.06.2024 through the company website and paid Rs.559/-online. However, I was surprised that even after 2-3 days I didn’t get any confirmation of order or shipment details.
After waiting for a week, I tried to call them on the landline and mobile and subsequently also many times. The landline always gives a response “we are busy with customers” and gets disconnected and the mobile is always switched off. Then I sent a mail to their customer care to which I got a reply after a week that the order has failed and amount will be get back to the source account within 5-7 working days.
Since no refund was made, I sent a reminder after 7 days to which they replied after 7 days asking for the bank statement. Though transaction details were already provided, I again sent the full transaction details, but refused to provide bank statement. Again they go on asking bank details. I don’t understand why they need bank statement when full transaction details were provided. It must be only a ploy not to make refund.
The company is a fraud one trying to make money online luring customers. If a company do not refund the money which they have received, but the product is not delivered, what kind of products will they be supplying?
Moreover, there is no possibility of contacting them also and bogus numbers are given, which cannot be contacted. If a company can cheat a customer for Rs.599/- and does not have any system for contacting them even, how can we believe that the products are safe and genuine?
