Hello everyone, I have purchased a domyos treadmill from decathlon store in Lucknow in the month of February 2017 . This product cost me Rs 43, 000 and have a valid warranty of 2 years . unfortunately the machine has stooped working on 4 September 2017 and I want to raise a complaint regarding my issue on there customer care service but for 2 to 3 days no one responded on the call and then I called in the decathlon store from where I purchased the product but they are not helping me in this situation and forward me toward customer care service . After few days of continuing calling a service representative is responded on customer care service number and the representative is saying that a service engineer will come to your home within 10 days but its been more than 15 days of complaint but no one comes till now, they are only fooling me. I called many times on there customer number but no one help's me as I wanted or expected . Service and support from company is worst like no one want's to cooperate or help you in the issue.
