Placed an order for iphone charger on 29th Sept and it shipped on 5th Oct - that's almost a week to ship after payment! very slow indeed for a small product. The charger did not work with my 3gs due to 'unsupported accessory' error on screen and I notified them the following day on Oct 7th.
No reply and 2nd reminder on the 8th. mail 'bounce back' from support@deals15.com as invalid despite being mentioned on the site itself! quite unprofessional...
made a call [no toll free number] and got a reply on 9th:
'Hello,
We will send you the replacement oday.

my reminder on the 18th:
'this is my 3rd mail that the charger is not working in the last 11 days
no one is picking up the phone at:

i have also spoken to support a week ago for return of defective product
the return / refund time period will be over and we'll have a major fight'
their reply on the same day:

Please email us your bank details along with IFSC code we will refund you the money for the charger.

no refund or replacement till now...
update:
finally got the refund yesterday [23rd] via neft so i've increased their ratings but it took over 2 weeks of followup!
