How to be healthy

Well I have seen a lot of people suggesting social diatance wearing mask etc while covid19 but I believe we also need to focus on being healthy. Being healthy will actually give us the courage to fight corona and thats why I would suggest a few things-




  1. Not only clean your house but try and keep the Doors, handles and nearby places also clean.




  2. Eat green vegetables as much u can and try avoiding eating fastfood.




  3. Please avoid alcohol and smoking as it makes you way weaker and your immune is at a higher risk.




  4. Try to keep a good and regular intake of Vitamin C. If you cant find anything then pls take one lemon juice with water after a meal as it helps in digestion as well.




  5. Eat protein filled diet at night, if you are a non-vegetarian then eat chicken.




  6. Drink water as much you can daily, minimum 1.5-2 litres daily.






I am sure doing these will keep your immune healthy and seek doctor advise immediately if you feel sick.
