I want to share my experience with the Company ‘DZ Contacts LLP’, which is functioning in Salarpuria Triton at Hosur Rd, Gajendra Nagar, Adugodi, Bengaluru.
I got a call from the person, Mr. Alex Gyan, on 7th March 2019, from DZ Contacts LLP. And he informed me that he requires senior SEO Analysts for immediate joining. I told him, I can join immediately, but it will take one week to relive from my present company. And he told me a joining date after one week after the interview and fixed the salary.
After fixing the joining date, without sending the offer letter, Mr. Alex Gyan started giving me his client‘s important works through Email in an excel sheet and asked me to finish the work immediately.
That time, I was not relieved of my present company. But I completed the work anyway and sent him back the excel sheet. After getting this file, Mr. Alex Gyan again disturbing me through SMS and WhatsApp to do much more works on the same file. Till that time he didn‘t send me the offer letter.
Mr. Alex Gyan promised me to deliver the offer letter on 9th March 2020, when I will join his office in hand as a hard copy. So I went to the office ‘DZ Contacts’ on 9th March 2020 at Hosur Road. That time, the internet was not properly working in the office. The internet connection will come for 5 to 10 minutes and will go off.
Afternoon When Mr. Alex Gyan reached the office; I asked the offer letter with the same joining date. He told his printer is not ready now and it is assembling, so it will take 2 to 3 days to give the offer letter. The first two days, Mr. Alex Gyan asked me to finish his important client works associated with the office. So the work is done on my part.
On the 3rd day, Mr. Alex Gyan asked me to create a detailed plan to execute the task. The detailing is made to the level where an inexperienced employee can also do the task. So the third day was over with the detailed reports with the task execution plan. During these days, the Internet was not properly working in the office. And offer letter was not given to me in hard copy or soft copy.
The 4th day of the Week i.e., Thursday Mr. Alex Gyan informed me through WhatsApp and SMS that, there is no office today for you since he cannot afford the promised Salary for me. The company is not having that much Budget. By this time, he made sure that whatever he wants from me was done.
So My Sincere advice is not to get cheated by these types of Fraudulent Employers.

We will do the recruitment for the given package and make the employees work for two to three days.
We will ask to create a detailed plan to execute the task. The detailing is made to the level where an inexperienced employee can also do the task.
After getting the things done they will tell they cannot afford the promised salary.

2.Mr. Alex Gyan is a person without any integrity, very unethical and immoral
3.Based on my experience with this company I suggest fellow Professionals to not get into the trap of Mr. Alex Gyan.
