Hi My Name is Bimal. I have joined DIT for Web Development course on 11 Feb 2019. I had regular classed from morning 7:30 am to 9 am. The course was going good. But the trainer left in between and hence the course was left in between. I wanted to complete course in a limited time period. The institute tried to arrange for another tutor but I did not have time to wait for that.
I joined some other institute and hence asked for refund.
The institute charged me for% of course completion. I completed 40% of the course so they refunded 60% of the remaining money.
Their refund process was smooth and they did not create any issue for giving refund.
