Bad services. Only want money from customers. Review on d2h

Hello I was a videocon d2h user . I used videocon d2h since 2012 regularly and I stopped using it 3-4 months back.My videocon id is 78347368. Initially we installed it in 2012 and uses gold pack but many of the channels were not come , so sometimes we recharge with diamond pack.

As diamond pack is costly so we did not recharge it very often being a normal middle class person. But yes we regularly recharged our id with one of their packs.As we were on rent, so there policy is to take Rs 300 for reinstalling d2h antenna at new place. Meanwhile we changed 4 houses so paid them with Rs 300 every time. Once in dec 2015 no channels were coming on led tv so we registered complaint . When the engineer comes from videocon comes to our house my parents were not at home. So I said to him come later on.

He didn't agree. Then I showed him my tv and box, so he told me that your box is damaged due to charcoal coating happend inside box because of it error is coming on display. So I asked him what is the solution. He said me to replace it with a new one.

So I said ok I will see it and call you accordingly as there was no one in house but he told me you have to replace and I am carrying one, there is a company scheme that buy new box with RFID technology with HD Channels free for three months , it will cost you Rs 1200. I said no but he didnot agree , I called my father and he said let me talk and take phone from me and cut the phone said to me that your father said to fix the new one.

So I asked my father about money so he said I didn't said him to put instead I said I am coming.Meanwhile opened the box and started placing it.These videocon engineers are such a fraud. And when I asked him why is he taking old box with him, he said this is company policy and he took it with him with Rs. 1200. And he lied to us by saying HD channels and movie for a month as there were only few channels ranging from 901 to 922.

Not just that the new set top box troubles us on regular basis for 2-3 months daily as the remote not working with box due to RFID technology. We compained about it 5-6 times to the company, the engineer told us that this problem is coming with every box and company is working on it by some software updates.This is not last as we are on rent and change 1 place in a year so they charge us Rs300 and recently in a year they took us Rs. 300 three to four times.

As the setting of d2h was disturbed naturally. But they didn't agree to it and chatged us. They have a policy to set antenna free within the setup of antenna 1 months period or so.Generally it disturbs after 2-3 months so they charged us everytime of visiting us.So overall I want to say that there engineers are so trained to attack at the customers pocket. If they are visiting customer they have to bring money from them by hook or crook.

I will recommend not to use videocon D2H , go with anyone but not this one as it will snatch all the money in your pocket.I know I write so much but I want other people to let know about videocon d2h services.
