Videocon d2h is a newly launched dth operator company. It also using mpeg- 4 technology. One of my relative using this service.
They told us that it provides very good service in their area. They feel very happy to adopt this dth service. there are very advantages to have this

Advantage:-
picture and audio quality is good.
channels are available at less price, package and price good.
maximum channels are available.
maximum number of hd channels are available.
Disadvantage:-
customers reporting pixelation problem sometime.
STB software is not good.
overall it is a good dth operators. I liked it.
