VIDECON D2H. Review on d2h

Hello friends today I am going to share my experience with the DTH service provider vediocon.So friends my customer id is 143424027 and I quit using videocon from last two year because of there network and the customer support also.Friends in my area his network is not so good every time the pop up shows that due to bad weather signals are intrupted.When I hv to purchase videocon television so I got this d2h service free from one year as a complementry gift. so that time we ignor all the misshappenings and bad connection because we are using free service but after one year I am rechaging 3 months sports gold pack cost around 370 per month and I still facing same problem.So I have to decided that contact with his customer support and told them about my issue so they said to me sir our engineer will visit soon to your home but charges apply it charge 250 for 1 visit so I am asking befor connection u said sir services are free from our side but now u say you have to paid for visit, nothing is worst than this so I am ready to paid him and ready to paid him .After visiting my home the engineer said in this area network are not stable so problem always occured we cant do any thing.So guys you say they sent there engineer to take money and come back what is that so finally I am deciding to change my service provider and now we are very happy with airtel d2h so guys joining aitel is better than the videocon.
