I am using this service since November 2014 and each week it is closed for about 3-4 hours to a day. Lately it is becoming more and more un reliable, each Friday the net is not working and resumes on sunday. They do not extend your monthly cycle based on the days the service was not available. The customer service is very poor. I will never recommend this service to anyone. The biggest problem is getting the service on track, the customer care lines are busy, then they will not assure you the exact time for technical expert’s visit at home. However for payment they are very prompt, each month on the exact day the connection will get deactivated automatically. Senior customer care officers also do not bother to find out exact problem and just try to get the temporary solution. We have complained more than 50 times till date but no one was interested why so much of complaints? In any other company someone would have come and solved the problem once and all. Even the speed fluctuates invariably and you are at the mercy of the company. During initial days the speed was good and later it has reduced dramatically. If asked they will always give you some excuse like technical error sir, technical problem sir, however they have more number of connections and hence the speed reduces greatly. Normally they will send very junior staff to tackle the technical issues, then if the same is not getting solved they will send someone experienced and u lose on time. Our entire society has the same connection and most of them are facing the similar problem. Customer care team is also non responsive and rude, they will treat you like giving you free service. They are not bothered about your problem and try to just say that we will lodge the complaint and someone will attend. If we ask them to direct the call to senior person, they will say that no one is available and we can not share his mobile number. In fact it seems that this is a local company and very less staff strength they have, they are just increasing the customers without increasing the infrastructure and hence a common customer like us feels the heat. I think most of the customers are facing the problem and hence the rating is too low for this internet supplier.
