I have been giving my car to Crystal Honda for a long time and I have seen its service deteriorating over period of time. This time I had the worst experience when the Service Advisor Nitish acted stupid. I also have started getting a feeling that they have started adopting unfair practices.
First he pushed hard to take on add on services which when I refused he himself changed some parts. I spoke and had clearly disagreed to change spark plugs but he still did it. When I said that this was not agreed he called me back that he is replacing old spark plugs back.
The car was also no delivered on time and the advisor was not available on time when the car was to be delivered. The receptionist mentioned that advisor will come in 5 mins but even after waiting for 45 mins I did not see him.
