I bought a Eureka Forbes robovac vacuum cleaner in the month of October 23 from Croma Prabhadevi branch in Mumbai. It worked well for 3 months. But last month , February 24, the wet mops was very erratic and did not clean properly.
I raised complaint with the Eureka Forbes, however they said that since it was not purchased from them directly they will not be helping in the case.
I launched a complaint with Croma stating the problem.
They kept telling that the technician will visit and they will get back. Since then take it staying that they will respond in 24 hours.
There 24 hours have not been completed since 1 month.
They just keep closing the Complaints without sending anyone for repairs stating that we cancelled the complaint. The call Centre people say they don't have the authority of any kind.
I think you don't have the authority to even solve the problems by sending the technician.
Extremely bad service from both reputed brands.
Please do not buy this product from croma nor eureka forbes
