I have recently bought Samsung Ace 2 mobile phone from Samsung's retail store at affordable price. Even though I like the quality of sound given by the headphones provided with the phone, I wanted to buy a hands-free Bluetooth headset that would not only give me great sound quality but also give amazing voice clarity.
Earlier, I checked out Samsung's store but I found it quite expensive so I tried searching for other online stores. Later on the recommendation of one of my friends, I visited Croma online retail store and found a wide range of electronic products of the leading companies. I searched for the Samsung BHM1100 bluetooth headset and was pleased to find that it was priced at such a low rate.
I called up their customer service and spoke to their customer support executive about the policies of the store. I found the customer service very responsive and the customer executive quite cordial. I ordered the bluetooth headset from their online store which was delivered to me within a few days time. I am very happy with the spontaneous service given by Croma online store and so I will surely be visiting their online store to buy more of their products.
