Very Cheap management. my complaint in review deleted without get rectify I paid 11000 for usha air cooler 6 months back having leakage problem from first month but these people not giving me exchange.
I will also see how many my reviews these people will deleted.
I will put daily till my problem get solved
SHAME SHAME SHAME
we many times called your service centre your receptionist saying techician not came, gone for lunch, in washroom we will call you back but never receved call single time from you.
We able to talk with him twice only in last six month and the is arguing with us and not ready to solve our issue. he only telling AIR COOLER in warranty period of USHA Co. we cant help what silly answer. we purchase from a CROMA as well known TATA co. brand if such things happening its better to purchase from other stores. He is not ready to give us exchange as its defective piece, where as USHA co. technician telling you go and exchange from CROMA.

Now I fed up both of you I need final solution else I will go to consumer court against both of you .
reply me ASAP don't want any excuse on this I just suffering from last 6 months by purchase done from you
