Very poor service of Croma located in Aditya mall, Indirapuram. We had booked fully automatic IFB washing machine from Croma and committed delivery time was within four days of booking. Two weeks was over and no product was delivered to us. On doing further communication on Croma helpline number they informed the product was out of stock and it will take another 2-3 days. Days was over and same situation no commuication, no product delivered. We asked for refund but they denied.Finally it was delivered after 1months. So overall my experience was poor and I am sure I will not do anymore purchase from Croma. Also one thing I noticed, the Croma staff wont't take interest to show products to customer. You have to follow them to get product details of washing machines or kitchen appliances.
