Recently bought an LG front loading washing machine from Croma at Koramangala Inner Ring Road. I had made extensive inquiries about different brands, their after sales service and prices from retailers in Indiranagar. I visited Croma in Koramangala since someone suggested that they had Siemens which I was interested in and since the Croma in Indiranagar is tiny. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the sales person knew the features and could effectively compare machines from different brands. He was also very candid about the service short comings of various manufacturers.
All in all a good buying experience. The delivery & installation was promised the next day and promptly at 9:30 the machine was delivered and the chroma technician came and installed it in the evening, He even did some minor plumbing work that was required and most importantly was equipped with extra pipes and fittings that were required. The entire experience was very smooth and Chroma followed up after delivery and installation seeking any comments/feedback.
Pros:
Good location, bang on IRR and good parking
Knowledgeable salesman
Prompt delivery & installation by trained personnel who were well equipped and did a thorough job.
Cons:
Noticed that the range available for refrigerators was limited and mostly on the expensive side. A better range would definitely help
