The product of the company is great no doubt, but Crocs India Retails Online sale absolutely third class, disgusting and disappointing. My orders were cancelled twice in a row. Products displayed online always go out of stock after purchase although you get your refund back. They provided me shipment number and tracking ID of Bluedart Apex courier and then they cancel my order by saying product is out of order. This is absolutely unacceptable.
For product I give 4 stars but for online sale only half that only for refund process.
