We ordered 2 designer sarees and it was delivered on time. Very much impressed with the saree at first sight. When we checked it completely, both sarees was damaged. We have requested for return and logged it on 13th July. Not today even after 14 days no one came to pick the return package. It seems, they sell damaged pieces(not easily seen) and dont take return.
Customer care and the system is worst. We called 5 times after that but it was never mentioned in the ticket that we called it. Everytime they say, they have raised urgent request and also told that manager will give me a call back. But it was never updated in their system and said, I am calling first time .
There is no manager above customer care . You cant raise voice nor do anything as customer care are the only person in the company for handling request and dealing with customer. Craftvilla is without any manager. You cant reach to them once the product comes to you
