• In London and Paris when my parents shoes got wet and asked for assistance to stop nearby shop to purchase a new pair, my parents request were not entertained. Because of which my mother fell ill.
In Switzerland, my mother was very sick and was not able to walk, when asked for assistance, the tour guide directed to the reception and left with the rest of the team. My parents struggled for a simple wheel chair and taxi to go to hospital, but even that was not provided.
When this concern was raised Abhinav Chandra told me to decide what was more important, the rest of the tour members or my parents? He also asked me whether he should have arranged for another tour guide just for my sick mother.
During the entire trip my father was telling the tour guide that my mother is not well, and he insisted that she is fine, he even checked the temperature by his hand and declared that there is no temperature and she is fit to continue the trip. Is he a doctor?
In the begining of the tour itself I informed that both my parents are heart parents with angioplasty, as they had to sell the package they said that they were like their parents and not to worry.
After repeated request, the tour guide Mr. Mohan told my parents that he will have no option but to leave them and continue with the trip with the rest of the people, leaving no choice but to continue with the tour. He literally threatened that they will be left on their own in the foreign land.
My parents were left without any support in a foreign land and on complaining I am told that the rest of the tour members and the itinerary were more important. Alpine classic was the name of the hotel.
So, my mother with help of a Pakistanti hotel resident by the name of Ismail couple's help reached hospital.
After this incident, my parents called me and said they are very sick and requested me to see if they can fly back.
• I spoke to Cox and kings, but they said they cannot do anything. Every time I tried to reach the customer care they will put my call on hold, call to Sanket of Cox and Kings(8411874488) was never answered.
• My Parents asked the tour guide also to help, but he said he cannot do anything, so my Parents had no choice but to continue in the same state of sickness. The tour guide Mr. Mohan told my parents that they will be left and he will have to proceed with the rest of the tour member, even after my mother was complaining that she is not well, he checked my mother’s body temperature by his hand and said that she is perfectly fine and nothing has happened. Every evening they will call and tell me that they are suffering.
• Even during the bus trip, my father vacated his seat so that my mother can rest on two seats, even that was not allowed.
• My mother was weak from sickness and my father was also unwell, even after repeated request for assistance nothing was done to make them comfortable.
• After a long night flight from Milan to Muscat, my father learned that the connected flight was not there, he was seeking help of the local staff but nobody helped, they somehow managed to sent me the message that they are very sick and cannot even walk, I tried to take help of Sanket and other staff from customer care, but they did not help. My sick parents were not attended; no hotel facility or proper meal or medical assistance was provided. Resulting which my both parents fell sick.
• During this Mr. Ranjan Murthy(9764673932) of Cox and kings calls me and threatened of dire consequences, and told me that I don’t know who he is.
• I was over charged from the initial amount agreed and for the same amount I issued a sponsorship letter, which I asked to revert. This complain was along with the inhuman treatment of my parents abroad by Cox and kings, in response of my complain, initially I was offered 10000 rupees to keep my mouth shut as full and final settlement which I refused and asked for the above explanation, later on I was offered that they will refund the overcharged amount of GST if I agree for a full and final settlement, which I refused saying that these are two separate concerns. This bargaining was done by Mr. Abhinav Chandra(9820361525).
• My old parents were literally in tears because of Cox and Kings apathy and do what you can do attitude.
• On the financial side, they charge service tax and in the name of doing a favor says that we won’t charge you service tax for you. The same can be verified by their terms and conditions. Though government had abolished service tax long ago, they are using it to fool customers saying we are waving off the additional 15% service tax. When pointed out and told that service tax no longer exists and how can you charge, they said it was a printing mistake. So that means other terms and conditions are also could be wrong. So they will print whatever is suitable to them and when something goes against them they will call it a printing mistake. Same way they claimed that they have waived service tax worth 15% of the total bill as a special offer. Well done!
• When I put forward my concern they said in written reply that it was the airline's mistake and hotel's mistake, If that had been the case I would have booked their hotel and airline ticket myself and would have been very cheap, instead I chose to go with Cox and kings so that somebody is there to assist them in a foreign land.
• My parents suffered because of them and they were bargaining to reverse my overcharged money against my parent’s pain and agony.
